Sony San Diego has confirmed the disappointing news that MLB The Show 19 won't feature Online Franchise mode with the Madden Overdrive Coins second straight year.

This week, Sony San Diego debuted the primary official gameplay trailer for MLB The Show 19. The trailer highlighted many latest features and mechanics, including improved defensive situational awareness and player efficiency, additional Legends and many new items for Road on the Show.

Noticeably absent in the trailer, however, was any kind mention of Madden NFL Overdrive Coins Franchise mode, through association, an Online Franchise option.Now it’s probably safe to visualize MLB The Show 19 will have some type of single-player franchise choice for baseball fans; but, it in all probability hasn’t received much attention inside the offseason. At least that’s the impression Sony has given off by omitting it from your trailer.
