China slams artefact auction plans
There has been an angry response in China to the planned auction of two Qing dynasty artefacts, dating back to the 18th century.
Auction house Christies says the artworks, the heads of a rabbit and a mouse from the collection of the late French fashion golden goose outlet designer Yves St-Laurent, are to go on sale next February.
China says the pieces were stolen by French and British troops https://www.goldengoosesneaker.us/ from the Old Summer Palace in Beijing and is refusing to enter the bidding process.
